Yoomin is an Analyst in the World Bank Group's Transport Global Unit with experience in emerging markets infrastructure, e-mobility, green hydrogen, and blended finance across East Africa and Latin America. Her work covers the full investment lifecycle, from market development and pipeline origination to due diligence, blended finance structuring, and portfolio management. In addition to managing large-scale lending operations across transport and energy infrastructure, she has led multiple analytical products that feed into World Bank Group investments. These include electric vehicle socioeconomic impact assessments and market viability analyses, as well as pre-feasibility studies for green hydrogen and offshore wind in Colombia's Caribbean ports. Prior to the World Bank, she worked in EPC logistics and procurement, and began her career in the nuclear energy industry. She holds a master's degree in Public Policy and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and International Studies.
