Sonia Madhvani is a Senior Social Protection Specialist, serving as the Co-Lead for Solutions for Youth Employment and Special Assistant to the WBG Director of Social Policy. Prior to this she was the Lead for Partnerships and Dialogue at the Human Capital Project and Co-Program Manager of the Human Capital Umbrella Program. Sonia has over 15 years of experience in strategy and partnerships, and her background includes working for international development organizations and global private sector firms. Sonia holds a master’s degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins University.
