Nathaly Noboa is a Transport and Infrastructure Consultant with over eight years of experience supporting the preparation, implementation, and supervision of transportation projects across Latin America and the Caribbean within multilateral development banks. She currently serves as a Transport Consultant at the World Bank, where she contributes to the design and delivery of transport operations with a focus on climate-resilient infrastructure, climate change mitigation and adaptation, road safety, and gender inclusion in the transport sector. Nathaly holds a Master of Engineering in Sustainable Energy in Building Services and a Civil Engineering. Her work supports governments in advancing transport investments that enhance connectivity, strengthen climate resilience, and promote inclusive and sustainable economic development.
