Education Researcher

Meredith Bouvier is an education researcher working at the intersection of computational social science, information policy, and education. She recently completed her PhD in Lifelong Learning (with a minor in Comparative and International Education) at Penn State. She is the founder of NET Lab, Inc. (NonExploitative Tech Lab), a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation dedicated to independent research on EdTech platform governance. She has held research consultancies at the World Bank, UNESCO IIEP, the OECD, and the Global Partnership for Education, with a focus on education systems, teacher workforce policy, and EdTech across international contexts.
