Joscelyn Magdeleine is responsible for the I-TIP services project and Services Trade Restrictions Index in the WTO Secretariat (which is a joint project with the World Bank). He serves as Secretary to the Committee on Trade in Financial Services. His sectoral responsibilities include banking services, as well as health-related services. Before joining the Trade in Services Division, Joscelyn was responsible for trade in services statistics related issues in the WTO's Statistics Group.
