Bealem is a Refugee Education Consultant who manages GEQIP-E refugee education activities in Ethiopia. He specializes in program management and in developing program content for subcomponents of the GEQIP-E program. He has worked closely with the Ethiopian Ministry of Education, the Refugee and Returnees Service, and international donors.
Prior to his current role, Bealem worked with international organizations supporting the design and implementation of programs in Ethiopia, across East Africa, and in Canada. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Business Administration and Environmental Protection from Victoria University.
